Marasi Business Bay is a mixed-use waterfront destination that is expected to boost Dubai 's tourism, leisure and real estate sectors. Developed by Dubai Properties, Marasi is located in the heart of the city and is the longest waterfront promenade in the UAE, spanning 12 kilometres. This future landmark will offer the UAE's first luxurious water homes consisting of two and three bedroom residences. The water homes will span close to 1,500 sq ft of area.
The homes will be adjacent to floating gourmet restaurants, an assortment of leisure facilities, shopping outlets and large yacht berthings over five palm tree lined marinas. Each residence will have exclusive boat access and superb views of the Dubai Water Canal. The five marinas can accommodate the berthing of 1,250 yachts. Marasi Business Bay is a strategic landmark that promotes economic diversification while featuring floating homes draped in luxury, a yacht club, more than 100 shops, floating restaurants and a beach club. The retail units will spread across 200,000 sqft of space. The entire project consists of three areas named The Marina, The Pier and The Park which are expected to be completed by 2023.
